Having co-founded Wilson Partners in 2008, Allan has led the business on a journey of considerable growth. Over the last 3 years Wilson Partners have accelerated their ambitions by combining their strong organic growth with a strategic acquisition programme. Now a team of more than 275 people, the ambition is still strong whilst Allan is keen to ensure that the fantastic culture of the business is central to everything.
