I've headed up the Virtual Finance Office (VFO) outsourcing team at PEM for the past 9 years, over which time the team has grown considerably. We provide a full outsourced service, including bookkeeping, management accounts, payments, VAT returns and cash flow, to over 300 clients, across multiple industry sectors. Technology is central to all our services, to ensure the best possible client experience. Prior to this role I worked in industry and trained in small practice.
