Angus MacGregor began his career in 1993 as a trainee solicitor and after gaining valuable experience in the legal field at Freshfields, MWE and Deutsche Bank, transitioned to human resources in 2006, at Barclays Bank. He quickly progressed, leveraging his legal expertise to address complex HR challenges and implement effective policies.

In the past 20 years Angus has been in global HR roles, modernizing HR strategies and overseeing the integration of advanced HR technologies, such as HCMs, AI-driven recruitment tools and employee engagement platforms. More recently has just started his new role as CPO at UK accounting and business advisory firm Shaw Gibbs.
