As chief information officer and shareholder, Bob leads his team in aligning Honkamp’s technology with its goals. Bob oversees the infrastructure and systems support team as well as the business applications team. Bob joined Honkamp in 2005 in PC/systems support. In 2006, he was promoted to systems and network administrator, he became IT manager in 2012, and he was promoted to shareholder in 2017
