James has over 15 years of M&A experience, working on various transactions globally from complex lending facilities, IP acquisitions, investment fundraising, Private Equity to trade sales/acquisitions, covering various sectors including professional services, music & entertainment, sport, hospitality and commercial property. During the last 6 years James has specialised in assisting accountancy practice owners across the UK & Europe with their business plans, whether that be growth via acquisition, merger, sale, exit strategy or more recently taking on investment.
