Winner of Xero’s Innovative Partner of the Year 2023 and the first UK bookkeeper to claim Xero’s Small Firm of the Year 2024, Lara has also earned accolades like ICB’s Small Practice of the Year 2021 and multiple Accounting Excellence nominations. Named among the Top 50 Women in Accounting in 2023 and 2024, she serves on the ICB Advisory Council and collaborates with software providers. With over a decade of experience, Lara supports service-based businesses by providing their finance functions and optimising their systems.
