Marcus has a wealth of experience in the accounting world, with 10 years working in large firms and another 7 at Xero. He's genuinely passionate about empowering accountancy firms to thrive, particularly by advising them on how to navigate rapid technological changes. As part of Xero's Partner Consulting and Success team – a team of 40+ experts, many of whom are qualified accountants – he works directly with partners to ensure they're maximizing the value of Xero's products.
