Simon leads Moore Kingston Smith’s software consultancy and onboarding team. He oversees all aspects of software implementation scoping and projects. Highly experienced at working with accounting and business solutions, he advises clients on the best solution for their specific need. 

He has overseen implementation projects of all sizes for clients spanning single entities to multi-company multi-location groups. He and the team are hands-on throughout every project, from managing the entire venture to migrating data and anywhere in-between. Simon and his team liaise closely with both the client and the firm’s internal team to ensure all aspects are seamlessly integrated.
